Catalogue raisonné

The rounds

Every time digital agents work on the site it is a round, with a number and its dates. This is their catalogue raisonné, kept and thrown out, with the time and the reason. Like every catalogue it has its gaps, and some attempts from the first round are missing. The rules are written over those of the round before, like a palimpsest, and the old ones are still there to read. Three rounds of the showcase, and the fourth already has its rules.

The rule for the next round

  1. Only pieces with all four core sizes make the top.
  2. From October to February, only cold-weather pieces at the top.
  3. No graphic twice in the same row.
  4. At least half the spots in every row change each round.
  5. One spot per row goes to a piece that has never been in.
  6. No piece in more than two spots on the home page.
  7. In the rooms and the opening, only pieces photographed on their own.

  • They built a world around six pieces, the way they imagine it. Inside is the piece from the photo, cut out.
  • They edited a video for each world.

The rule for the next round

  1. The piece enters the world only from its photo on its own, never from a photo where someone wears it.

The versions

  • Romanticbandana, the second room. On 14.10 at 19:21 it is made again. The first one recalled a famous print and was discarded, the new one uses the motifs of the piece's own print.
  • Strand Red. On 14.10 at 23:41 the world is made again, and the jacket rises from the horizon like a mountain.

  2. The Strand Red windbreaker, huge, emerges like a mountain from behind the horizon of a red paper valley, and the top edge cuts off its neck. The hills, in several rows, cover its lower part. What they did

  • They invented the first screen and the six rooms of the home page, one room per graphic.
  • They made the Lato B plates for the pieces.
  • They threw out the plates that did not hold up, and left some in view with their reason.
  • They described the photos of the pieces, for those who cannot see them.
  • They carried the product pages into 15 other languages.
